Here I show a delicious recipe to
prepare the cauliflowers with Ricotta cheese. You can serve cauliflowers as a
side dish for meat or also as a tasty appetizer. The preparation is very fast
and easy, you just need to boil the cauliflowers and prepare a cream made with
milk, ricotta cheese and Parmesan.
INGREDIENTS:
400 g of Cauliflower
300 g of Ricotta Cheese
1 Glass of milk
50 g of Parmesan
Salt
Black pepper
PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes
COOKING TIME: 15 minutes
WINE: Cabernet (Red Wine)
PREPARATION
Wash and boil the cauliflower for 10
minutes.
In the meantime prepare the ricotta cheese cream: place the glass of
milk in a pan; add the ricotta cheese and mix.
Let them reduce for few minutes,
and then add the Parmesan and mix.
When the cauliflowers are ready, drain them.
Place the cauliflower in a baking pan; pour on them the cream of ricotta
cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and black pepper.
Preheat he oven at 180
degree, bake the cauliflowers and cook for about 10 minutes or until the
surface become golden. Serve them hot.
