Small buns with Chocolate


Small buns with little pieces of sweet chocolate easy and fast to prepare. Their preparation is very simple just the time to let the bread rise and the buns will be ready. You need flour, sugar, a little bit of sugar and dark chocolate. You can modify the quantity of chocolate according to you taste :-). They are ideal as small sweet with a cup of tea or also for breakfast with a large cup of cappuccino.

INGREDIENTS:
25 g of fresh yeast
200ml of milk
80-90 g of butter
50g of Sugar
500g of Flour
300 g of Dark chocolate in small pieces
1 Egg

PREPARATION TIME: 30 minutes + the time of rising almost 3-4 hours

COOKING TIME: 30 minutes

PREPARATION
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.


Add 100 g of flour and mix.



On a table place the flour, the sugar, the butter in pieces and add the mixture of yeast, milk and flour just prepared.


Mix all together until you obtain homogeneous dough.


Stand the dough like in the picture and add the pieces of chocolate and mix again.


Let the dough rise for about 3 hours. Then stand the dough and with the help of a glass cut small round buns.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree. Place the small buns with chocolate on a baking pan. Let the small buns with chocolate rise for another half an hour. Take only the white of an egg, beat them and use it to cover the surface of the small buns with chocolate.

Bake them for about 30-40 minutes until the surface will become golden.

Double Color Cake


Double Color Cake
This is the Italian recipe for a delicious double color cake. It is easy and fast to prepare, it’s enough to create two parts: the milk part and the chocolate part and the cake is ready. You need only few Italian ingredients, 15 minutes plus the time of cooking and you can obtain a delicious cake suitable for breakfast but not only, also for snack and as a dessert after dinner.

INGREDIENTS (for 6 – 8 people):
250 g of Flour with yeast
150 g of Sugar
2 Eggs
A pinch of salt
200 ml of Milk
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Yeast
3 teaspoons of Cacao
Butter for the pan

PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes

COOKING TIME: 40 minutes

PREPARATION
Beat the eggs and the sugar in a bowl until obtain a homogeneous cream.

and stir until the mixture become a soft dough, add the milk and the extra virgin olive oil to let the mixture more soft.

Divide the mixture in two parts: one part is ready and we’ll call it the milk part, instead to the other part, called the chocolate part, add some cacao and stir.

Butter and flour a pan removing the excess of flour, pour on it some of the milk part and then some of the chocolate part, do this for 3 times and in this way you can obtain a double color cake.

Bake the cake at 180°C for 40 minutes and check the cooking with a spaghetto. Put it in the center of the cake, then remove it carefully without break the cake and if it is dried means that the cake is good cooked.

Pears and Chocolate Tart

This tart made of pears and chocolate is ideal for people who have a sweet tooth!

INGREDIENTS:
120 g of Sugar
1 Egg
1 Yolk
70 g of Butter at room temperature
250 of Flour
8 g of Yeast for sweet
2 Pears
200 g of Chocolate (dark or milk chocolate)
50 ml of Milk
25 ml of Passito wine

PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes

COOKING TIME: 35 minutes

WINE: Passito

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 220°C. Put the flour, the sugar, the egg, the butter pieces, the yeast and the wine in a bowl.
Then mix all together until you obtain a solid dough.
Divide the dough in two parts: one large part is for the tart base and the other (50 g) for decoration. Dampen a sheet of baking paper and put it on the bottom of a 24 cm diameter deep cake-tin. Then roll out the first part of the dough 1 cm thick and cover the bottom and the sides of the tin. Wash, dry and peel 2 pears. Then cut the pears into small slices
and put them on the dought as shown in the picture below.
In a pan put the dark chocolate (or milk chocolate as you prefer) with the milk and the yolk, and cook until the chocolate is melted and you obtain a cream (for about 4-5 minutes).
When the cream of chocolate is ready pour it on the pear.
Now roll out the second part of the dough on a table and cut it into thin strips. Then put them on the surface of the chocolate to decorate the tart.
Bake for 30 minutes This is the result:

Chocolate Carnival Balls

This coulored sweet is a great idea for every party!

INGREDIENTS (to make about 50 small balls)

100 g of Mascarpone
50 g of Butter
100 g of Sugar
60 g of Sweet cacao
130 g Biscuits
1 Egg yolk
1 Small glass of cognac
50 g of Small coulored confections

PREPARATION TIME : 3 hours

DIFFICULTY: easy

PREPARATION
Crumble the biscuits.
Mix the mascarpone with the butter. Add the sugar, the egg yolk, the sweet cacao, the cognac and the crumbled biscuits.

Mix all together and put the mixture in fridge for 2 or 2 hours and an half. Then form small balls and sprinkle them with small coulored confections. This is the result:
